The Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and long-term team member to join our staff. This is a fully onsite, entry-level role. No prior industry experience is requiredwe provide complete, hands-on training from day one. We heavily prioritize internal promotion and offer clear pathways for your professional advancement.

Follow up with Clients for past due payments
Contact Insurance Carriers to confirm payments were made
Emailing and/or mailing our Clients Insurance Policies and Endorsements
RequirementsCustomer service orientation : Professional and friendly demeanor when answering phones and greeting clients.
Data entry accuracy : Fast and accurate typing skills for entering data into company systems.
Computer proficiency : Comfortable using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and email platforms.
Technical adaptability : Ability to quickly learn and navigate new internal software and digital tools.
