Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to work from home while engaging with patients through telehealth platforms. Our facility primarily utilizes state-of-the-art telehealth technology, ensuring seamless communication and efficient delivery of therapeutic services. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' unique circumstances and establish effective treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, that are personalized for each patient based on their individual and cultural backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to support clients' growth and resilience.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment continuity.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong decision-making skills and trauma-informed care principles.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records through our electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to all compliance regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
