What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Connecticut Special Education Teacher License (active status)
• All current certifications required by state and local guidelines
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher in a school setting preferred
• Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and dedication to supporting students with exceptionalities

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) that align with state standards
• Delivering differentiated instruction to meet varied learning styles and abilities
• Assessing student progress and tailoring interventions as needed
• Maintaining accurate records and documenting progress reports
