Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Registered Nurse – General

Shift: 1845-0715 Every other weekend off

Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

• Current Washington State license or Multi-state license
• Approved 6-hour suicide training
• Verification of demographics from Nursys
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Knowledge of EMR systems (Meditech knowledge is helpful but not required)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in accordance with established standards and practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
• Float to other departments as needed to support patient care.
