About the Role

The Company is in search of an operationally-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic and growing industrial services enterprise. The CFO will be a key strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer, playing an integral role in strategic planning and the execution of the company's financial strategy. This hands-on position involves the formalization of internal processes and controls, as well as the management of financial services across multiple geographic locations. The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, comfortable with a lean staff, and have a successful track record in financial reporting, planning, controllership, and treasury operations. Experience with a leveraged balance sheet in a private equity or venture capital-sponsored situation is preferred, and the candidate should ideally hold a CPA designation and/or an MBA. The successful CFO will be responsible for driving value and growth within the company, and must be prepared to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
