Job #: 3053167 Job Description Desktop Support Location Fishkill, New York (Onsite 5 days a week: Monday-Friday) Role Overview In this role, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on ensuring that employee technology needs are met quickly and efficiently. You will deliver service that exceeds internal customer expectations across headquarters, stores, regional offices, distribution centers, and remote locations. The goal is to enable and unlock employee productivity by providing a high level of service and customer satisfaction to the business. Key Responsibilities Provide an exceptional technology experience for employees by listening, asking questions, soliciting feedback, and responding to device hardware and application issues in a timely manner. Determine appropriate and alternative solutions from mostly defined procedures and options. Research, diagnose, resolve, or escallate technical and procedural issues from multiple service channels using various tools and documented processes. Deliver a positive customer experience by creating a welcoming environment and providing best-in-class service through all support channels, both in person and virtually. Ensure consistency in service quality and capabilities for a high level of customer satisfaction. Demonstrate a sound understanding of relevant technologies and application products within a technology support environment. Apply process and technical knowledge in problem-solving with the ability to multitask while keeping stakeholders informed. Take personal accountability to meet key performance measurements. Required Qualifications Experience: Proven ability to develop and maintain good relationships with business partners and at all levels of the organization. Technical Skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are required. Interview Process There will be two rounds of interviews for this position. The first round will be conducted virtually. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a second-round onsite interview in Fishkill, NY.
