We're looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep a large, modern office and lab campus running smoothly. You may find yourself:Troubleshooting and repairing doors, locks, and hardwareFixing sinks, restrooms, leaks, and other plumbing issuesReplacing light fixtures and handling basic electrical repairsPerforming basic HVAC troubleshooting and preventive maintenancePainting, patching drywall, and completing minor carpentry projectsResponding to maintenance requests across multiple buildingsOrdering and tracking maintenance supplies and materialsSupporting preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtimeCommunicating updates and priorities with building occupants and stakeholdersTraveling between office and lab spaces using a golf cartWhat We're Looking ForRequired5+ years of facilities maintenance experience in a commercial or manufacturing environmentStrong troubleshooting skills across a variety of building systemsExperience with: Plumbing repairsLighting and basic electrical workBasic HVAC maintenancePainting, drywall repair, and minor carpentryAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the dayNote: Candidates with only residential or apartment maintenance experience will not be considered.Nice to HaveExperience working in laboratory environmentsExperience in robotics, technology, manufacturing, or other high-tech facilitiesInventory or materials management experienceFlexibility to support occasional weekend coverageThe EnvironmentYou'll be working in a large, modern facility that includes both office and lab spaces filled with advanced equipment and technology.
