Project Manager / Estimator

Location: Kapolei, HI
Pay: $60,000 - $100,000+ annually (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | day shift
Industry: Commercial Construction

Looking for an opportunity to manage projects from bid to completion? This role offers the chance to work with a well-established commercial construction team known for quality workmanship, long-term client relationships, and a collaborative approach to project delivery.

What You'll Do

Prepare estimates, takeoffs, proposals, and bid package
Attend job walks and evaluate project scope
Coordinate materials, equipment, vendors, and subcontractors
Manage project budgets, schedules, billing, and change orders
Review project costs and monitor overall job performance
Communicate with clients, field teams, consultants, and project stakeholders
Support quality control and project documentation
Assist with business development and client relationship management

What We're Looking For

Construction industry experience preferred
Estimating and/or project management experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with **Microsoft Office** and **Excel**
Experience with **Bluebeam**, **BuzzBid**, **Raken**, or similar software is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
