Work Environment\n

This role is 100% remote, allowing you to create a balanced work-life schedule. Utilizing telehealth technology, therapists conduct live, video-based sessions. You will have the flexibility to design your workday between the hours of Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, without the pressure of on-call responsibilities. A reliable internet connection and a private space for patient confidentiality are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapeutic sessions via secure video conferencing platforms with individual adults, tailoring each session to address their unique needs and challenges.

• Collaborate closely with other psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure a holistic approach to treatment, sharing insights and strategies to develop personalized care plans.

• Utilize technology-driven assessments, including symptom self-assessments and progress tracking tools, to adjust treatment plans dynamically based on the client's feedback and progress.

• Participate in regular team consultations, providing and receiving support to enhance therapeutic interventions and improve patient outcomes.

• Stay current with industry best practices and treatment modalities, contributing to a learning environment that prioritizes ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist in our practice, you will primarily work with adults navigating various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and trauma-related challenges. Your empathy and understanding will be crucial in fostering a safe space where clients can explore their emotions and experiences, leading to meaningful growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure, such as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD, is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with a strong emphasis on telehealth practices.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly in using technology tools such as Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR), are essential for effective session management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

• Consistent professional appearance and behavior, coupled with a warm, empathic engagement style, create a positive therapeutic experience for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
