Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our outpatient treatment facility, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:

• Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic and personalized counseling, assisting clients in exploring their thoughts and emotions, while developing practical coping strategies to navigate their challenges.

Your efforts will directly impact young adults dealing with a spectrum of mental health issues. The clients typically present with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional life stressors. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
