Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental and emotional health needs during initial consultations.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that align closely with each client's specific goals and challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and other modalities tailored for individuals, families, or groups.

• Continuously monitor clients' progress through regular check-ins, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure sustained engagement and improvement.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or unforeseen challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client documentation, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to foster holistic client care.

• Stay informed of current research and developments in mental health strategies to ensure the delivery of the best possible care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers around supporting a diverse group of adolescent and young adult clients who are experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use challenges. As a therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping these individuals develop coping strategies, enhance emotional resilience, and work toward personal growth within a safe and nurturing environment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
