Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and creating personalized therapeutic plans to address the unique needs of your clients.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote healing and resilience.

• Utilizing digital tools for documentation and managing client appointments, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Participating actively in case discussions with fellow clinicians to foster collaboration, share insights, and enhance therapeutic practices.

• Building meaningful rapport with clients to foster trust and create a safe space for therapeutic exploration.

• Engaging in continuous professional development activities, utilizing the free CEUs provided to stay updated on clinical best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on supporting adolescents and young adults navigating various mental health challenges. You will engage with a diverse range of clients, often addressing issues such as: depression, anxiety, trauma, substance misuse, and related family dynamics. Our commitment to maintaining small group sizes (maximum of 8 clients) allows for deeper therapeutic relationships and a more personalized approach to care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent.
\n
• Flexibility to work between 12 and 40 hours per week, depending on whether opting for contract (1099) or full-time W2 status.
\n
• For the W2 full-time position, availability for 40 hours per week is expected, including some evenings and Saturdays to accommodate group and individual sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience serving adolescent and young adult populations or with telehealth platforms will be given preference. Familiarity with evidence-based treatments and a proactive approach to client care will enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position comes with a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually.
