Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions with no more than eight clients, enabling focused discussions and deeper therapeutic relationships.

• Maintain regular communication with the Admissions and Assessment team to streamline client intake and ongoing care.
\n
• Engage in case discussions with fellow clinicians to share insights and refine treatment approaches.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
\n
• Provide weekly group sessions and individual or family therapy as scheduled in your calendar.
\n
• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities, including accessing free online Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. By delivering compassionate telehealth services, you will directly impact the lives of clients, offering them both the support they require and the tools necessary for sustainable recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is essential for clinical practice.

• Available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week for a contract position or up to 40 hours per week in a full-time W2 role.

• The capacity to provide therapy during evenings and weekends is preferred for full-time availability.

Compensation and Benefits\n
