This is a 100% remote position, allowing therapists the flexibility to work from anywhere while maintaining high levels of interaction and support through telehealth tools. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, utilizing recognized screening tools and interviews to gather relevant history and information.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs, goals, and preferences of each client, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, which may include individual therapy sessions, family sessions, and group therapy, promoting active engagement and personal growth.

• Monitor clients' progress through ongoing evaluation and documentation, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention support when required, guiding clients through acute episodes with compassion and skill, while maintaining safety and therapeutic integrity.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and relevant regulations.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment, incorporating new methodologies into practice to enhance service delivery.

• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to refine clinical skills and expand knowledge of best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will engage primarily with adolescents and young adults navigating mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. This population often requires a nuanced understanding of developmental needs and trends in youth culture, which therapists will address through tailored interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with adolescent clients and their families.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude is essential for effectively supporting clients through difficult times.

• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple clients and caseloads.

• No history of disciplinary actions against licensure is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adolescent mental health populations is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapeutics.
