This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to deliver high-quality therapeutic services via telehealth platforms. The standard work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts depending on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Educate young patients and their families about mental health topics, treatment pathways, and available community resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in alignment with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We primarily focus on children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients often include young individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and behavioral issues. Therapists in our practice not only provide individual therapy but also play a vital role in family dynamics, ensuring that the treatment extends beyond the session and into the home.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.
\n
• Extensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and effective intervention strategies.

• Proven experience providing individual and family therapy tailored to younger populations.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate, child-focused outlook.

• Adept at building rapport and trust with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital communication tools is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
