Our work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed based on patient requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and sensitive mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to understand each child or adolescent's unique challenges.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with children and adolescents suffering from various mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Applicants must hold a current and valid license as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, reflecting a solid foundation in individual and family therapy.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other clinical documentation software is required, facilitating efficient patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.
