Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Develop and monitor treatment plans, assessing clients' progress and making necessary adjustments to facilitate optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and healthcare providers, to create comprehensive intervention plans that address each client’s unique situation.

• Engage in regular follow-ups with attending medical professionals for clients needing hospitalization, ensuring cohesive care and a smooth transition post-treatment.

• Identify potential risks and challenges that may hinder a client’s recovery journey, employing proactive strategies to mitigate these behaviors.

• Provide guidance and support to family members and primary caregivers, equipping them with tools and strategies to manage mental health challenges effectively.

Our therapy services cater to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A graduate degree, specifically a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted LMHC licensure in New York State.
