Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize structured screening tools to evaluate client progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs, engaging in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing cases.

• Actively participate in organization-wide licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison to government and community agencies, fostering partnerships that support client needs and organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse patient demographics, including youth and families facing emotional and behavioral challenges. The population served includes individuals with developmental disabilities, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients with a history of acquired brain injuries. Your role is critical in delivering person-centered care that encourages resilience and community engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.

• Possession of an active LMHC license from the state of New York.
