Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific mental health concerns, ensuring that these plans are both actionable and measurable.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and other evidence-based approaches that promote personal growth and emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
