Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate individual clients' mental health and emotional well-being, ensuring you have a complete understanding of their needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's specific health goals and circumstances, tailoring interventions based on their unique context.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including one-on-one, family, and group therapy sessions designed to foster trust, openness, and healing.

• Continuously monitor and track clients' progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes, leveraging feedback and clinical assessments.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support, equipping clients in moments of acute distress with the resources and assistance they need.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, fully complying with applicable legal and ethical standards to uphold client trust.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches are maintained.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health treatment methodologies through ongoing professional development and active participation in supervision and training opportunities.

• Abide by ethical guidelines and professional standards outlined by relevant licensing boards to uphold the integrity of the profession.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults grappling with mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and substance use disorders. You will provide individualized care that honors their lived experiences, helping them navigate their unique emotional landscapes and fostering development through therapeutic engagement.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, attesting to your depth of knowledge.

• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective client interactions.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude that fosters a trusting therapeutic environment.

• Organizational and time management skills that allow for efficient handling of client cases and responsibilities.

• No history of disciplinary actions from licensing boards, ensuring adherence to professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Brilliant Lotus Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, alongside attractive bonus opportunities.
