Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients' mental health needs through virtual consultations, utilizing telehealth technology to effectively gather information.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific goals and needs of each client.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support to adolescents and young adults in moments of acute distress, ensuring immediate care is accessible.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards of practice.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and social workers to facilitate comprehensive care and treatment for clients.

• Engage in continuous learning by staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment and research methodologies.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions and training opportunities to enhance your clinical expertise and therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on serving adolescents and young adults who are experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use issues. Our clients often come from diverse backgrounds and face various life challenges, making it essential for our therapists to provide culturally sensitive and individualized care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for fostering rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with team members.
\n
• Exhibit a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude in client interactions.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• A clean disciplinary record with no history of actions against your license.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health or counseling setting.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for remote counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Brilliant Lotus offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. You will also have the opportunity to earn sign-on bonuses. Additional benefits include:
