Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitating group therapy sessions with a maximum of eight clients to ensure meaningful engagement and therapeutic progress.
\n
• Providing one-on-one counseling sessions focusing on individual and family dynamics, with an emphasis on creating sustainable healing processes.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs of adolescents and young adults.
\n
• Engaging in case discussions and clinical consultations with peers to enhance treatment strategies and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participating in ongoing professional development through access to free continuing education units (CEUs) and workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adolescents and young adults who face a range of mental health challenges. Many clients struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will have the opportunity to build strong, therapeutic relationships with these clients, using evidence-based practices aimed at fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of a valid and active state license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
\n
• Availability to commit to 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on whether you choose to work as a contract employee or W2 employee.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experience is highly valued:

• Experience working with adolescent and young adult populations in clinical settings.

• Familiarity with telehealth modalities and digital health platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and expertise. Benefits include:
