Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Harmony Wellness, you will be expected to:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions with a maximum of 8 participants, promoting an environment conducive to healing and connection.
\n
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote positive outcomes.
\n
• Engage in regular case discussions with fellow clinicians, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client care and professional development.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies.
\n
• Participate in training and continuing education opportunities provided by the organization, including access to free online CEUs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with adolescents and young adults who are navigating various mental health challenges. This demographic often requires a tailored approach that resonates with their unique experiences. You'll have the opportunity to develop rapport and foster trust, creating a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and work toward sustainable healing.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
\n
• Possession of a valid, independently-licensed credential (LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, LMFT) is preferred; however, we also welcome applications from junior-licensed clinicians who are seeking supervision.

• Availability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours depending on whether you choose a 1099 contractor position or a full-time W2 role.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working with adolescents and young adults in a clinical setting.
