Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that create a safe space for clients to share experiences and learn from each other.

• Providing one-on-one counseling sessions, equipped with personalized and evidence-based techniques to address individual therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are seeking outpatient treatment. These individuals often grapple with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be to help them navigate their challenges, equip them with coping strategies, and guide them towards achieving their personal and emotional goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Eligible and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of New Jersey.

Preferred Experience\n

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working within mental health settings, providing therapeutic interventions to young adults and demonstrating a track record of effective client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
