Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at our organization, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that foster connections among clients, allowing them to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Provide Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized therapy sessions that help clients explore their thoughts and emotions while developing practical coping strategies.

• Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their unique therapeutic needs.

• Monitor Client Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to regularly track and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with our dedicated team of mental health professionals to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and ensure the highest quality of service.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on assisting young adults and teenagers aged 18 to 30 who are facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and other emotional disturbances. By providing targeted group and individual therapy sessions, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their unique journeys toward recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Active LPCC licensure in the state of California.

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, ideally working with young adults or in a mental health outpatient setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
