(PSI) is hiring a Lead HVAC Service Technician (Boiler Experience) to join our team in Gypsum, CO. And we're open to candidates anywhere in the country. If you're ready for a change of scenery and a strong team in one of Colorado's most beautiful mountain regions, we'll help make the move happen. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems, with a focus on boilers Lead and mentor other service technicians on complex calls Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommendations What We're Looking For Colorado HVAC license/certification as required for the role 3+ years of HVAC service experience with hands-on boiler experience required Strong diagnostic and leadership skills Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record The pay for this position is $35-$45/hour or more depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location, plus performance based incentives. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
