We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• - Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• - Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
• - Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• - Stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments in physical therapy.
• - Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.

Qualifications

• - Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• - Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• - Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• - Commitment to continuous professional development.
