What You'll Get To Do

Reporting to our VP of Ops, this is an on-site, full time, non-exempt position. The organized, self-motivated, individual in this position is responsible for setting up and operating extrusion machines in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, and customer requirements. In this role you'll get to:

• Set up and adjust settings on the extrusion line and auxiliary equipment to run sheet at required thickness, width, roll diameter/weight, silicone load and direction.
• Ensure quality objectives and specifications for thickness, width, clarity, gels, carbon specs, visual defects, etc. are met.
• Ensures finished good roll diameter and weight requirements are met without exceeding maximum specifications.
• Perform general maintenance on the equipment as needed; communicate all changes to equipment and settings to other departmental personnel.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum 2 years' experience operating and setting up extrusion machines (required)
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving aptitude (preferred)
