Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Current state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to travel between two elementary schools as part of your schedule
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
• Dedicated to supporting diverse learners and adapting approaches as needed

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide assessments, direct interventions, and ongoing therapy for elementary-aged students
• Create and implement individualized plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support students’ participation in academic and daily activities
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational team’s goals
