Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, diagnose mental health conditions as needed, and evaluate the efficacy of therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices and clinical tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Develop, implement, and continuously assess individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique backgrounds, cultural contexts, and specific needs of patients.

• Maintain meticulous treatment records and clinical documentation timely and accurately while complying with all regulatory standards.

• Collaborate effectively with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to establish treatment goals and pathways that promote recovery and enhance mental wellness.

• Work proactively to anticipate safety concerns and manage symptoms through targeted therapeutic strategies and interventions.

• Facilitate timely referrals and act as a conduit between patients and other treatment providers, ensuring a collaborative and cohesive approach to care delivery.

• Mentor and provide educational support for new staff, interns, and volunteers, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within our organization.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
