Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gauge clients' mental health condition, including their strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.

• Develop individualized and family-centered treatment plans that are culturally appropriate and trauma-informed.

• Deliver outpatient counseling sessions, including both individual and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with the broader clinical services team to facilitate integrated care for clients.

• Prepare timely and precise clinical documentation, including client assessments and treatment plans, in compliance with program standards.

• Maintain meticulous case files and documentation, ensuring all records adhere to regulatory and organizational guidelines.

• Provide crisis intervention support as necessary and manage a designated caseload that aligns with programmatic requirements.

• Participate actively in team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing training opportunities to enhance clinical proficiency.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
