We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, fun team member to join our team. Experience in the dental field is a must. Prior experience in an Orthodontic setting is even better! Knowledge of Dolphin management is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Compensation: $23-$29 per hour, based on experience Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) options Employee discount Bonus opportunities Occasional team bonding experience, lunches, and office trips Responsibilities Greet each patient as they enter the office Acknowledge each patient and schedule as they leave the office Schedule appointments Work recall lists monthly Respond to new patient request for initial consultation Enter new patient information, including insurances and getting fax backs Manage office email Correctly save and file documents, notes and xrays Email new patients and tx letters to dentist Email xrays to dentist Request xrays from Dentist Use of multi-line phone to make, answer, and direct phone calls Able to multi task Experience Prior hands-on dental experience (front desk) is highly preferred Knowledge of Dolphin management is a plus Summit Dental
