Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough assessments of client needs upon admission to develop personalized treatment plans that address both immediate concerns and long-term recovery goals.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing, to support clients effectively.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation reflects the client's progress and therapeutic adjustments.

• Collaborating daily with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including medical providers, addiction specialists, and other therapists, to ensure cohesive care delivery.

• Conducting regular follow-ups and progress reviews, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and research-based practices.

• Staying current with industry trends and new research to continually refine clinical skills and enhance therapeutic interventions.

You will work primarily with clients facing challenges related to substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, complemented by a robust benefits package.
