Your Role: Strong preference in CNC repair, electrical and mechanical backgrounds. Perform daily trips to multiple Cornwell locations for maintenance, pickups, and deliveries. Install, service, and maintain lighting systems, electric motors, transformers, and other electrical systems. Lubricate parts for washers, blasting machines, saws, lathes, and roof exhaust fans. Test and inspect circuits and wiring for safety compliance. Repair and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, water, steam, and air support systems. Respond to emergency repairs, including electrical fires and machinery breakdowns. Perform plumbing tasks, including installation and maintenance of gas, air, and water systems. Conduct routine inspections, including pump stations and boiler checks.

What we're looking for: At least 24 years of maintenance experience, with a strong electrical background. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Experience with CNC maintenance is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license and adequate insurance coverage.

Physical Demands: Climbing, balancing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive motions. Working in noisy conditions and occasionally exposed to dust, dirt, heat, cold, and fumes.
