Job Description

1.- Oversee the business side of the operation to ensure workflow in uninterrupted. Hire and train office staff. She also addresses staff issues and conducts regular performance reviews.
2. Ensure that the facility is clean and policies are kept. She oversees the selection of equipment used in the facility and ensures that it works properly. A medical office manager also supervises the selection and ordering of supplies.
3.- Oversees the financial aspects of the business, such as billing, banking and accounting and running reports to management. Ensure that refunds are done properly and posted. Follow up trending with health insurances
4.- Oversees the development and implementation of a marketing practice, attends health fairs, follow up comments in social media.
