Product Manager/Owner
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: Contract
Rate: DOE
U.S Citizen, Green Cards and EAD preferred. No Sponsorship available for this contract to hire
Education and Experience:
- Former experience translating technical requirements, writing user stories, acceptance criteria
- Experience working with requirements gathering (field engagement) and UX teams to generate development-ready stories
- Familiarity with analyzing web app session details to identify use cases and break points
- Managing extensive backlog of items from defects to enhancements and effectively prioritize based on impact to business KPIs and agent experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Served as scrum master or product owner
- Familiar with documentation in Confluence/wiki for product features, and leveling-up information for executive teams
- Clear communicator with ability to provide succinct summaries of complex concepts
- Sense of urgency, as well as humor
- Excels in and enjoys fast-paced environments
- Self-awareness and ability lead when required and listen when needed
