Accounting Associate

The Accounting Associate provides administrative and accounting support to ensure accurate financial recordkeeping and efficient office operations. This position requires a highly organized individual who is comfortable handling confidential financial information, coordinating document management, and traveling between clinic locations to support accounting functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and prepare daily cash deposit. Prepare and organize supporting documentation for corporate credit card transactions. Match receipts with credit card statements and ensure documentation is complete. Scan, attach, and electronically file accounting documents. Maintain organized accounting files and assist with audit requests. Pick up and deliver parking tickets, mail and documents between clinic locations. Placing orders online for office supplies, breakroom supplies and other online orders. Sort and distribute Finance Department mail. Support month-end and year-end document preparation. Perform other administrative and financial support tasks as assigned. Qualifications Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. At least one year of accounting, bookkeeping experience preferred. Healthcare or nonprofit experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and car insurance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
