We work every day to provide real, whole, plant-based foods that make healthy snacking a little easier and a lot more delicious.Check us out at and apply via our Career site at:Key Responsibilities (Top 5-6)Responsible for property accounting for both externally and internally managed properties, including daily operational accounting, CAM calculations, cash management, and periodic reporting.Prepare and provide timely monthly financial reports and annual budgets.Calculate and reconcile tenants' annual estimated operating expenses and CAM charges.Conduct general ledger reconciliations and accounting analysis.Responsible for the accounting functions for multiple family-owned entities.Position Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or an Associate's Degree in Accounting with two years of general accounting experience.Prior property management accounting experience; Yardi and QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a plus.Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent time management, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.Benefits:Fun Safety and Holiday celebratory events!Emphasis on Growing, Learning & Developing!Competitive Salary & Benefits - Mariani pays the majority of the deductible for medical benefits!Health & Wellness Program for our Family of employees and their families! #J-18808-Ljbffr Mariani Packing Group
