About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources for North America to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, shaping the overall HR strategy, and leading HR transformation to ensure a meaningful and sustainable impact. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to the Regional President and Global CHRO, driving change management processes, and leading a team to deliver key business objectives. The VP of HR will also be instrumental in establishing a culture of success, participating in business and workforce planning, and ensuring strong talent management and development processes are in place. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15 years' of HR experience in a manufacturing environment. A minimum of 5 years' in HR leadership, particularly in a global organization, is required. The role demands a proven track record in building and sustaining a positive organizational culture, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a background in employee relations, legal compliance, and various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have the ability to influence and coach management, be adept at HR project management, and possess strong communication skills. Experience in a European company is a plus, and the role requires the ability to travel 25-30% across the region.
