Reclaimed Home Décor Sales & Marketing Manager (Full-Time)

The Opportunity
Join us in using business as a force for the Gospel and lasting change. We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to help grow our Reclaimed Home Décor enterprise—expanding both wholesale partnerships and direct-to-consumer channels. This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution to build a brand that drives revenue and real-world transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Grow wholesale partnerships and retail distribution
- Lead e-commerce strategy and performance
- Build compelling marketing campaigns and brand storytelling
- Use data to drive growth, impact, and wise stewardship
Who You Are
- A committed follower of Jesus who aligns with our Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith
- Experienced (4–7+ years) in sales, marketing, or growth—ideally in product-based, e-commerce businesses and platforms
- Both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for building and scaling
- A relationship-builder who thrives in a purpose-driven environment
