Reclaimed Home Décor Sales & Marketing Manager (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to help grow our Reclaimed Home Décor enterprise—expanding both wholesale partnerships and direct-to-consumer channels. This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution to build a brand that drives revenue and real-world transformation.

What You’ll Do

• Grow wholesale partnerships and retail distribution
• Lead e-commerce strategy and performance
• Build compelling marketing campaigns and brand storytelling
• Use data to drive growth, impact, and wise stewardship

Who You Are

• A committed follower of Jesus who aligns with our Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith
• Experienced (4–7+ years) in sales, marketing, or growth—ideally in product-based, e-commerce businesses and platforms
• Both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for building and scaling
• A relationship-builder who thrives in a purpose-driven environment
