Commercial Litigation Associate AmLaw 100 OpportunityA nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its busy and growing Philadelphia office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in working on complex commercial disputes for a diverse client base ranging from local businesses to national and international companies within a collaborative national litigation platform.
The Role• Complex commercial litigation matters
• Business and contract disputes
• State and federal court litigation
• Trial and appellate-level advocacy
• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings
• Managing discovery and case strategy
• Depositions, hearings, and oral advocacy opportunities
• Direct client interaction and substantive responsibility
• Collaboration with a highly respected national litigation team
• Approximately 4–6 years of litigation experience
• Experience gained through a law firm, judicial clerkship, or combination thereof
• Strong experience with motion practice, legal writing, discovery, and litigation strategy
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and academic credentials
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Active Pennsylvania bar admission required or ability to waive in
• Sophisticated national litigation platform
• Exposure to a broad range of complex commercial disputes
• Direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility

Expected compensation ranges from approximately $250,000 – $340,000+ depending on class year, experience, clerkship background, and overall qualifications.
