Role Description: The Accounting Clerk at Matrix Orthopedics is a full-time, on-site role based in Colleyville, TX. This role is responsible for daily bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Accounting Clerk will assist with processing invoices, payments, and expense reports, and help prepare and review basic financial statements and reports. Additional responsibilities include AP/AR, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing or accounting discrepancies. The position requires consistent, detail-oriented work and adherence to established financial policies and procedures. Qualifications: 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare. Experience with QuickBooks Online Proficiency in Microsoft Excel High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical, administrative, and finance team members.
