Key Responsibilities\n

• Foster an effective rapport with clients, establishing trust and understanding of their individual circumstances.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders through evidence-based practices, tailoring treatment to each patient's needs.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans, regularly meeting with clients to assess their progress and adjust plans as required.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities to support clients in achieving their goals.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and progress assessments compliant with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, including making referrals to specialists when necessary.

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges ranging from relationship issues and family dynamics to mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Knowledge of mental health diagnostic criteria and treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
