Senior Manager, Demand Generation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation based in United States.

This is a high-impact demand generation leadership role focused on accelerating pipeline and revenue growth across the North American market.
You will own integrated, multi-channel programs spanning digital, paid media, email, content, partnerships, and events.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, optimization, and performance management across the full funnel.
You will work closely with Sales, SDRs, RevOps, Partner teams, and Marketing to create strong alignment around growth priorities.
Using data, experimentation, and attribution, you will continuously improve campaign performance, lead quality, conversion, and sales velocity.
You will also help build scalable demand generation systems and processes that can support continued growth across global markets.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy for North America, while maintaining alignment with EMEA and APAC growth initiatives.
• Own end-to-end campaign planning and execution across digital, paid media, email, content syndication, partner programs, and other demand channels.
• Lead inbound marketing initiatives designed to increase qualified website traffic, improve conversion rates, and generate high-quality leads.
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including webinars, field events, and trade shows, with a clear focus on pipeline creation and deal acceleration.
• Manage the full lead lifecycle, including lead capture, scoring, routing, nurturing, and effective handoff to Sales.
• Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead quality, follow-up, pipeline progression, and overall revenue impact.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams on paid acquisition across search, social, display, and retargeting channels.
• Work with content and product marketing teams to develop relevant assets that support campaigns, buyer journeys, and conversion goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, CAC, ROI, attribution, and conversion metrics, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Own the demand generation technology stack and partner with RevOps to maintain data quality, tracking, reporting, and attribution integrity.
• Continuously test, refine, and optimize campaigns and programs across the funnel to improve efficiency and performance.
• Manage demand generation budgets, prioritizing investment in the channels and programs delivering the strongest business results.
• Build scalable and repeatable demand generation programs that support sustainable company growth.
• Establish a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement while effectively managing or mentoring team members.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related discipline, preferably within B2B SaaS or ecommerce technology.
• Proven track record of building and scaling integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Deep experience in campaign management, inbound marketing, lead lifecycle management, marketing automation, and funnel optimization.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with campaign reporting, attribution modeling, performance analysis, and data-driven optimization.
• Experience using events, webinars, trade shows, and field marketing initiatives as meaningful demand generation channels.
• Familiarity with modern marketing technology ecosystems, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics solutions, and advertising platforms.
• Strong understanding of the North American B2B market and the ability to develop effective strategies for reaching and engaging target buyers.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, Partner teams, and RevOps to align objectives and maximize pipeline impact.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring marketing professionals.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where experimentation, adaptability, accountability, and continuous optimization are valued.
• Strategic and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance long-term demand generation strategy with hands-on execution.
