As a Network Delivery Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving global network delivery, connectivity modernization, cybersecurity, and operational excellence initiatives. You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will:

• Deliver LAN, WAN, WLAN, data center, and cloud connectivity solutions aligned with approved designs and standards.

• Lead network delivery activities from project initiation through operational handover, ensuring quality, security, and service requirements are met.

• Configure and deploy routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless infrastructure for new deployments, upgrades, migrations, and decommissions.

• Collaborate with architecture, security, cloud, application, and operations teams to support successful project execution.

• Coordinate with vendors, managed service providers, and telecommunications partners to deliver network services and on-site work.

• Implement and validate security controls including segmentation, firewall policies, virtual private networks, and access controls.

• Conduct testing, user acceptance validation, monitoring readiness reviews, and knowledge transfer activities prior to handover.

• Drive standardization, automation, continuous improvement, major incident support, and complex network troubleshooting activities.

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

• Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology-related field or equivalent experience, including eight years of network or IT infrastructure experience.

• 8+ years of experience supporting global enterprise networks across multiple network domains, including firewalls, software-defined wide area networking (SD-WAN), and F5 technologies.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), subnetting, Domain Name System (DNS), and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).

• Experience implementing and troubleshooting mixed internet and Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) environments, data center migrations, and enterprise routing solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP), switching, wireless, and firewall technologies.

• Working knowledge of network security technologies including VPN, TACACS+, RADIUS, and Network Access Control (NAC).

• Experience with network protocol analysis and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark.

• Experience supporting major incidents, technical crises, and Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk mitigation, and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward

• Experience deploying and supporting Arista networking environments.

• Experience deploying and supporting F5 Networks solutions.

• Experience deploying and supporting Palo Alto Networks firewall environments.

• Experience deploying and supporting SD-WAN solutions such as VMware VeloCloud, Fortinet, Cisco Viptela, or Meraki.

• Experience supporting Meraki infrastructure, wireless technologies, Cisco DNA Center/Catalyst Center, or Aruba ClearPass.

• Experience deploying and supporting public cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Strong experience implementing and troubleshooting hybrid cloud network architectures.

• Experience with automation and scripting technologies including Python, Ansible, Git, Linux, and application programming interfaces (APIs).

• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively within a global matrix organization.
