Role
Program Management Office (PMO) Manager supporting RevMed’s oncology development portfolio, focusing on enhancing program management capabilities.
Responsibilities
partner with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable processes, tools, and standards; improve planning, execution, and communication; facilitate adoption of integrated planning systems; establish metrics for continuous improvement; and align practices across functions.
Requirements
B.A./BSc. with 8+ years or MSc with 6+ years in Life Sciences; deep understanding of program management principles, drug development lifecycle, and cross-functional team roles; proven ability to develop scalable solutions and influence stakeholders; strong communication and change management skills; familiarity with platforms like Smartsheet and MS 365.
Preferred
experience in biotech/pharma R&D growth environments; knowledge of late-stage development, regulatory submissions, or commercialization; certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma.
