You will step into a busy Quality Assurance market with strong job flow, inbound opportunities, high-value assignments, and an average placement fee of approximately $65k. The Boston team is intentionally lean, giving you the visibility and space to build your reputation while learning from some of the strongest performers in the recruitment industry. The Principal Recruitment Consultant will build and grow a specialist recruitment desk across the biotech and biopharma markets, developing client relationships and connecting businesses with high-impact talent.
