Position Title: Full-Time Psychiatrist (Adult & Pediatric)

Location: Ashtabula, OH

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatrist to join our team in Ashtabula, OH . This position is available due to the retirement of a longtime physician, offering the opportunity to step into a fully established practice . The position is 100% outpatient with no inpatient requirements, providing a great work-life balance. You can choose from a flexible 5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts per week, depending on your preference. We are open to treating adult patients but are particularly interested in a psychiatrist who is comfortable working with both adults and pediatrics .

Key Responsibilities:

• Outpatient psychiatry focusing on both adult and pediatric patients, offering psychotherapy, diagnostic assessments, and medication management.

• Manage a range of conditions such as depression , anxiety , ADHD , bipolar disorder , autism , and mood disorders .

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and patient-centered care.

• Ability to build relationships with long-term patients and contribute to a supportive mental health community.

• Flexible work schedule: choose between 5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts per week.

• No inpatient care required, making it an ideal position for a psychiatrist seeking an outpatient-focused role.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist.

• Experience working with both adults and pediatric populations is a plus, but we are open to all qualified psychiatrists.

• Active Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.

Call Expectations:

• No inpatient call requirements. The role is 100% outpatient , ensuring a great work-life balance.
