Job Description Job Description Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Receivable / HR Clerk to join our team! AR Responsibilities: Receivables Create and Close Jobs Data Entry Create and Print Invoices Process Credit Card Payments Make New Job Folders for Production and Sales File All Job Folders HR Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage employee databases (HRIS), file paperwork, and handle confidential documentation. Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientations, prepare onboarding materials, and facilitate employee exit procedures Recruitment Assistance: Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interview scheduling Other Duties : Support additional HR projects and administrative tasks as needed. General Responsibilities: Strong computer skills Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers & supervisors Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Perform miscellaneous clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, emailing, and telephone Required Skills: Bilingual Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite. Proficient in ERP Accounting software Hands-on experience with office equipment Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Compensation & Benefits: We offer competitive compensation based on experience and/or education.
