Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, challenges, and goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the clients' preferences, strengths, and cultural backgrounds.
\n
• Provide both individual and family therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, ensuring a comfortable and confidential space for clients.
\n
• Utilize established methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, or EMDR to guide therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) as per HIPAA compliance standards, ensuring confidentiality in all client interactions.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and organizations in the community to coordinate care and resources for clients.
\n
• Regularly participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.
\n
• Be available for at least two evenings per week and one weekend day to accommodate client schedules.
\n
• Promote a therapeutic environment that is inclusive and respectful, adapting techniques to align with each family's unique customs and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Our focus is on addressing a wide range of mental health issues, such as trauma, grief, LGBTQ+ concerns, and perinatal mental health, while providing a supportive and understanding space for each family's journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited program.
\n
• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Colorado.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish for bilingual therapy sessions.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience working within a mental health setting, especially with families, children, and individuals in a behavioral health context.
\n
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and successful completion of HIPAA training.
\n
• A willingness to learn and implement short-term individual and group therapy methods effectively.
\n
• Demonstrated capacity for self-reflection, empathy, and active listening as essential therapeutic skills.

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
\n
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance for any necessary travel.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, or other focused practice areas.

• Experience in providing telehealth services and adapting therapeutic modalities for online platforms.

• Proven record of working collaboratively with diverse ethnic and cultural populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, therapists are eligible for sign-on bonuses and other performance-based incentives.
